Tour booking was alright

I booked a guided city sightseeing tour for our Rome trip last month. The website was easy enough to navigate to find the tour and compare options. I liked seeing the reviews directly on the tour page, which helped me choose. The booking confirmation was sent immediately to my email. The tour itself was good, met the guide easily at the designated spot. The only small hiccup was the initial meeting point description wasn't super precise, so we had to ask a local for directions to confirm we were in the right place. It worked out fine in the end, and we enjoyed the tour. The prices seemed fair compared to what I saw on other platforms.

Good hotel, slow site speed

I booked a 'boutique hotel' for my trip to Miami last month through Tripadvisor. The booking process itself was pretty smooth once I got through the search results. The hotel was exactly as described and I had a great stay. My only real complaint was that the website felt a bit sluggish when I was trying to compare different options. It took a while to load all the images and details.

Decent tour, confusing cancellation

I booked a 'city sightseeing tour' for my family when we visited Chicago. The tour itself was pretty informative and the guide was friendly. The booking on Tripadvisor was straightforward enough, and the confirmation email arrived quickly. My initial plan was to book an evening tour, but I changed my mind and tried to cancel the first one. Finding the cancellation policy and the right link to process it was a bit more confusing than I expected. It eventually went through, but it could definitely be clearer. The refund took about 5 business days to hit my card. Overall, it worked out, but the support section for changes could be improved for sure.

Easy flight booking

I used Tripadvisor to book some 'flight bookings' for my vacation last month. It was pretty easy to find the flights I wanted. The prices seemed competitive too. I had no problems with the payment or getting my tickets. Everything went smoothly. I guess it could have had a few more filters for airlines, but it was fine.

Quick car rental booking

Needed a car rental fast. Booked one for my business trip. Process was quick. Confirmation came right away. No issues.

Easy hotel booking

Booked a hotel for my trip. Website was straightforward. Confirmation came fast. Payment was smooth. Needed to find the cancellation policy, which took a minute, but overall a good experience.

Snorkeling trip was fun

So I found this snorkeling trip in Hawaii on Tripadvisor. Booking it was super easy, just a few clicks. I got an email confirmation right away, which was cool. The actual trip was a blast, saw so many cool fish. My only tiny complaint is that the pick-up spot instructions were a bit confusing at first, had to double check the map a couple times. But yeah, it was a good time!

Decent stay, delivery issues

I booked a vacation rental through Tripadvisor for a weekend getaway. The booking process was pretty smooth and the price was competitive with other sites. The rental itself was mostly as described, clean and comfortable. My main issue was with the arrival instructions; they were a bit vague and it took some back and forth with the property manager to finally get in. Customer service via chat was helpful when I reached out, but it would be better if the initial details were clearer. Good value for money though.
